I didn't really feel anything from this product. I was hoping for a little bit more of a relaxing feel but each person is different. It's best if you mix it with half water and half ruby red grapefruit juice to mask the taste! (Posted on 4/29/2013)

an amazing product, ive been using it every other night, and the normal blue lotus every day. i put mine in .8 gram capsules bc im not really a tea person anymore. great for enhanced vivid dreaming and astral projecting and there is no "hazy" feeling! (Posted on 9/8/2012)

I have been using this product for about a year and a half now. Not only does it hit just the right spot, yet it makes the perfect meditation enhancer. I had ordered Mood And Mind's Blue Lotus a few times and then found what seemed to be a way better deal on line. However when I tried the other company's product it turned out to be far inferior (way less potent with an awful taste). The last time I ordered I noticed that Mood And Mind is now offering a higher quality product than they had in the past for the same price. I though it was to good to be true, yet when I received the Blue Lotus I was pleasantly surprised. I've been teaching yoga, Qi Gong and meditation for 20 years. This is a product I recommend to all of my clients... come on connect with those higher realms. I have been enjoying this blue lotus for about 1 year now. I have ordered the 30 grams three or four time. Once I saw online what claimed to be a better deal, however the product did not nearly hold up to Mood And Mind's extract powder.
